lets say absolute worse case scenario, inflation takes off...

    lets say absolute worse case scenario, inflation takes off again, the FED and our RBA raise rates to say 10%-12% to crush inflation (which they caused), property prices drop, even farmland, and RFF gearing soars to 50%+ in breach of its covenants, what then? will RFF be forced to sell its more valuable properties at rock bottom prices to get its debt down? would RFF than be at real risk of going belly up? (as would other reits of course)
