I feel for you. I took my super out and invested it myself. When it fell, I was very disgruntled. Then we were sold down the river by our "saviour" CEO. I crystalised my losses in the portfolio and bought back in at a lower price. CommSec is green now but I keep a piece of paper nearby showing the losses to remind me. No capital gains tax for me now!
I never regained my losses on BLD sold out at $1.80 now over $5 but 65% capital loss.
