Aug 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:
** Shares of Micro Focus MCRO.L soared more than 90% after Canadian software company OpenText OTEX.TO , OTEX.O agreed to buy the enterprise software maker in an all-cash deal valuing the British company at $6 billion including debt.
** Ramsay Health Care Ltd (RHC) said a group led by private equity firm KKR & Co Inc KKR.N has withdrawn a near $15 billion all-cash buyout offer, leaving on the table a cash-and-stock bid that the Australian hospital operator rejected.
** India's Adani Group rejected claims made by New Delhi Television (NDTV) NDTV.NS that regulatory curbs restricted the news network's founders from selling their stake in the company.
** Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm Dymon Asia is buying German lifting equipment maker Salzgitter Maschinenbau Group' (SMAG) Singapore unit RAM SMAG Lifting Technologies Pte Ltd, the companies said.
** Elon Musk's demands for Twitter Inc TWTR.N user details were rejected as "absurdly broad" by a judge on Thursday, although the billionaire will get some data as he pursues his bid to end his $44 billion acquisition of the company.
