Sept 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Prosiebensat 1 Media SE PSMGn.DE has adjusted its outlook after acquiring the remaining 50% of shares in Joyn from Warner Bros. Discovery WBD.O , the German media company said.

** Finnish forestry group Stora Enso STERV.HE said it would sell its Maxau paper production site in Germany to Schwarz Group, the owner of discount supermarket chains Lidl GB and Kaufland.

** Qatari telecommunications firm Ooredoo ORDS.QA is considering the sale of its tower network, according to three people with knowledge of the matter.

** Spanish retailer Dia DIDA.MC is planning to sell Beauty by Dia, its chain of almost 1,000 perfume stores, operated under the brand Clarel, online news website El Confidencial reported , citing unidentified sources.

** A KKR-led KKR.N consortium has told Australia's Ramsay Health Care (RHC) it will not improve its $14.5 billion cash-and-stock offer for the hospital operator, a move that will likely put a deal on ice.

** Toll road operator Atlas Arteria Group (ALX) said it had entered into an agreement to acquire a 66.67% stake in Chicago Skyway for an equity value of $2.01 billion.

** Canada's Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd TVE.TO said on Monday it will buy oil producer Deltastream Energy Corp for C$1.425 billion ($1.10 billion) in Alberta's small but fast-growing Clearwater play.

** A majority of Twitter Inc's shareholders TWTR.N have voted in favor of the social media company's $44 billion sale to Elon Musk, people familiar with the tally said on Monday.
