Yes there is a decent discount, but given the size of the block - which represents some 50-60x avg daily turnover, I don't think it was too "crazy".
This has no change on the operations of the business, however it does flush alot of liquidity into what is likely to be some hot hands for the short term. What is frustration for some, is an opportunity for others who wish to own the business for longer period cash flow generation.
