What I found interesting was that Proactive ignored the Financials which reported a massive loss, low cash holdings and rewards for Board members.

They preferred to talk about so called achievements and basis for seeking new capital. How can any investor have confidence in an organisation that is so selective in news reporting.

Shareholders rarely get the truth or complete picture of what goes on in a company. So much is not revealed until well after the event if you are lucky. ASX and ASIC are never there to assist. I guess this is what capitalism is all about??
