rhipe Limited (ASX:RHP) has been granted an ASX trading halt ahead of the impending finalisation of material transactions.

The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Tuesday, 25th August 2015.

In July, the company was appointed to the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program in multiple countries across South East Asia.

As a two tier provider, it can wholesale Microsoft’s Public Cloud solutions such as Office 365 in addition to its traditional hosted and private cloud offerings.

rhipe has built a private cloud licensing business with annual subscription revenues in excess of $100 million from Microsoft’s and other vendors’ Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA) programs.
