Yep, it's another step forward and a necessary one at that to show progress.
I seem to remember a poster not too long ago screaming about no transport deal done!!
Anyway, always worth remembering it is not a binding contract but does mean we have a logistics specialist which according to the ann -
"enables Red Hawk and MGM Bulk to work collaboratively through the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) phases to develop and optimise the transport and logistics strategy."
This makes sense and ensures the logistics side of it is well covered and meaningful in the studies being produced.
So hopefully the PFS is on time and we move to the DFS. Once the DFS completed -
"MGM Bulk has the exclusive right to enter into a Haulage Services Agreement on terms equivalent to those contained in the DFS."
So at least we are seeing progress which will hopefully continue and clearly it will also be in MGM's interest to make this deal work and as they are involved now will be well aware of the terms that make this work.
@Wannabenot - not sure what the history lesson is about?
Have tried to explain many times, 99% of posters on here are well aware of what has happened in the past and been involved one way or the other (contrary to yourself, unless of course you have been lying!)
Most of us are hopeful the company is now on a path to production however there are no guarantees and anything can happen so of course many of us remain wary!
If you have some (factual) information that this logistics ann is a scam or just plain BS please feel free to post it up.
If you just wish to just continue to snipe away regurgitating old information that we already know obviously also feel free, it's a free world..............
