Glenn has actually said a number of times that the test can be done with other blood tests such as cholesterol. I’d be surprised if there are many 50 year olds who don’t go to the doctor around that age for a cholesterol check or for any other health issue. And those who don’t attend the GP somewhere around that age are perhaps also unlikely to return a FIT anyway. If anything, this test will result in higher uptake within the population in my view. There will be much more awareness by GP’s who will educate their patients imo.
