Great point, I am waiting for RIC to re enter ASX 300. Wonderful cashflow and conservative gearing provides RIC with lots of choices.
Mostly I am concerned when companies have excess capital, because directors and management can easily waste the opportunity but I think Quinton is an first class capital manager.
In general; A buy back at high levels is almost akin to a capital raise at a low level.
