It is obvious that Rio,s talks with one of the major share holders ---CSN --- as reported in the Media today died a quick death.Hence now offer is unconditional with conditions upon conditions. What a discrace ths attempt is I believe Rivs management is to blame by backing Rio and Rio Stealing RIV from Share holders.ASIC should question this latest debacle from RIO.For me they are not playing the game and applying there own rules as RIO see fit.Hope Rio does not succeed and leave RIV be. I am glad i sold late last week.Too much manure for my liking.
