they are removing risk. It’s low grade and difficult area. We sell 55%, bank $100m and our JV partner will need to spend up to $500m or so to do all the relevant feasibility studies etc. After this spend they’ll obviously come to a decision if it’s viable or not, then proceed to construction on a pro rata ownership basis. So essentially we remove the risk of say $500m in expenditure to see if a project is actually viable.
Fine by me, given the risks associated with this project.
