MELBOURNE, May 13 (Reuters) - Rio Tinto (RIO) said on Monday a train had derailed at its Western Australian iron ore operations on Monday but that no one was hurt in the incident.
"Rio Tinto confirms a rail incident occurred about 80kms from Karratha shortly after midnight on Monday," a spokesman told Reuters via email.
