    Agreed.

Under theobligation of a new loan facility to ERA, due to mature around March 2023, RIOhas asked ERA to pay for another independent expert’s report that values the Jabiluka resource at no value. Then RIO has asked ERA to make another contributing issue at the mid range of that report’s valuation! Totally immoral!

RIO is wanting to get full control cheaply by going past 90% in a low offer contributing issue, rather than making a takeover offer at a fair price now. It's disgusting!

The minor shareholders in ERA are being ripped off again. Note that ERA stopped paying a dividend to shareholders after March, 2010, even though they continued to make good revenue from the sale of uranium until the closure of Ranger. RIO received their dividends by overcharging on consultancy fees. Not forgetting that the ERA chief executive has historically been a direct RIO employee, rather than an ERA employee.

    RIO, seemingly,takes no ethical responsibility!
