The minor shareholders in ERA are being ripped off again. Note that ERA stopped paying a dividend to shareholders after March, 2010, even though they continued to make good revenue from the sale of uranium until the closure of Ranger. RIO received their dividends by overcharging on consultancy fees. Not forgetting that the ERA chief executive has historically been a direct RIO employee, rather than an ERA employee.

RIO, seemingly,takes no ethical responsibility!

An ethical pariah, a lot like the East India Trading Company, RIO should be discontinued. it’s brutality is unbridled and a scourge on AUstralia, ASIC, the ASX and the Australian Government.
