Feb 12 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.21%.

• TRITAX BIG BOX: UK real estate investment trust Tritax Big Box BBOXT.L has reached an agreement for a possible

  all-share offer

  for UK Commercial Property REIT Ltd UKCM.L valued at 924 million pounds ($1.17 billion), the companies announced on Monday.

• RIO TINTO: Global mining giant Rio Tinto (RIO) , which sparked outrage after destroying an ancient Indigenous site in Australia in 2020, faces new pressure from socially conscious investors and lenders, this time on water practices at two of its mines.
• PAY: British employers plan smaller pay rises over the coming year than they did three months ago, the first such drop in nearly four years, reflecting less willingness to tolerate higher labour costs, a major survey showed.
• BURFORD CAPITAL: Litigation funder Burford Capital BURF.L cannot be named as the plaintiff in antitrust lawsuits brought by its financing client Sysco SYY.N , a U.S judge ruled on Friday.
