News: RIS Mercantile OFM intends to buy RIS shares that are not accepted into takeover offer

    Sept 16 (Reuters) - Mercantile OFM Pty Ltd:

    • Mvt: compulsory acquisition of shares in ris (RIS)
    • Intends to compulsorily acquire any RIS shares that are not accepted into its takeover offer
    • Says in due course, RIS will be suspended and removed from the official list of ASX
    • Offer price of $0.34 cash per RIS share is final and Mercantile OFM's offer will not be extended further
