    • Take no action on takeover offer
    • Received a bidder's statement from Mercantile OFM Pty Ltd
    • Offer in respect of an unsolicited on-market takeover offer (offer) for all of the issued shares in Richfield
    • Says under the offer Mercantile OFM Pty Ltd is offering 20 cents per Richfield share
