News: RLK Rolek Resources To Be Removed From ASX Official List From Commencement Of Trading On 1..., page-3

I am a long term holder of RLK (formerly SRR), and not by choice I will add. I naively had $30 - 40 K invested with SRR and they went in to administration in 2016 from memory. So I was stuck holding these shares and could do nothing. I waited patiently for the outcome, which was not a good one as those of you who followed or invested in SRR would know. SRR were liquidated and a new company, RLK formed. I had communication from SRR last year that they were changing names to RLK and initiating a capital raising. The shares I held with SRR were now RLK shares. They were now diluted to almost nothing but from calculation, I would have recouped 1 or 2 % of that initial sum.

Now RLK has dissappeared. I have had no communication from RLK and can not find any information on the company other than that it has been removed/delisted from the ASX. I have not experienced this before and am not quite sure whats happened and where it goes next.

Can anyone explain what generally happens to mour share holdings in RLK now?

• Is there a payout or settlement of the RLK shares I still owned?
• Does RLK now go in to administartion and we get some or all of our RLK shares paid back?
• Does the company have an obligation to contact us?
