Reasonable report, looks like the worst is behind us and the fundamentals may slowly improve, still a little negative market sentiment which is a hangover from the moronic RBA comments, as always they are behind the curve. Bond market puts the chance of an interest rate increase at zero and a decrease priced in before year end. I tend to follow the bond market as they are the adults in the room when it comes to forecasts. May top up at $0.80 as the div looks very attractive and should be maintained at these levels.
