    June 8 (Reuters) - RMG Ltd (RMG) :

    • Introduction of cornerstone investor and capital raising (RMG)
    • Entered into a share subscription agreement with Epoch Bliss Limited
    • Epoch has agreed to subscribe for 222.2 million shares at 0.9 cents per share to raise $2 million
