Correct me if i am wrong but these sort of negotiations are usually subject to confidentially agreements.
If the media has got hold of this before an ann has been made to the market, it could scuttle the talks, at least for the time being.
If there was a confidentiality agreement in place, it then begs the question as to how and why the media got hold of the story.
Did i miss something about the $1.30?
It will be interesting to read the content of the next ann released by RMS, hopefully before Monday morning.
