it also drives companies with large infrastructure to cut out the middle man and finds ways to secure independent power...why not do it themselves. whats the bet in the lead up to elections the gov will provide RNE a grant or a contract to build something to shed power load off mains...after all a new supply is better for the government then everyone having their own solar as it reduces gst. ...although that would be way too forward thinking.
