    Sept 23 (Reuters) - Emerald Resources NL (EMR) :

    • 90% threshold achieved for renaissance takeover (EMR)
    • Emerald can now proceed to compulsorily acquire any renaissance shares not

      accepted into emerald's off-market takeover bid
