Awesome news here, especially if you're business is a discount CBD focused on cooperates. Not so great in Adelaide but booming in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. Leisure is bad, but not as bad as people have weighted their sells at and more importantly not really aligned to the dollar. The fact that Australia is less popular for international students is more of an impact in that area. It seems to indicate that Oaks would benefit from a better social media presence.
