    Shipping container provider Royal Wolf Holdings Limited (ASX:RWH) has inked a deal to acquire the divisions of New Zealand based ContainerTech Group.



    Royal Wolf’s chief says the deal is an excellent regional acquisition that will add to its product range, business strategies and scale.



    ContainerTech is expected to be earnings accretive from the commencement of the joint venture.



    In the first half of the 2012 financial year, Royal Wolf generated a net profit of $5 million.
