Agree. A great story but lacking management and BoD action.
We are paying the CEO (Jeremy Bower) $200K p.a. for two days a week and 10,000,000 options with a contract that says he keeps the options if he stays as CEO for only 6 months!
It's also a little concerning that none of the directors; Robert Hartley, Sam Michael Wright and Matthew O'Kane, have any skin in the company.
Let's just hope we start to see some efforts to build shareholder value very soon!
