Why not. If Pliberseck (Labor party) wants to destroy a critical project in the last 5 minutes after 4 years work by REGIS when approvals are already in place. Then LABOR should be paying compensation at least to cover the hundreds of thousands spent based on a valid and clear approval mechanism. This stupid decision is highly damaging to our minerals industry and proves a LABOR GOVERNMENT cannot be trusted in principle.
