plibercunt doesnt understand the ramifications of what she has done for the project, nsw, mining, or any project in the country.
the section 10 is part of native title act and is designed (i feel) primarily for projects without a robust approval process.
imo, the ipc process should include native title/heritage concerns (it does). And once cleared it removes the abilty for section 10 to utilised in this way. make it part of the process, not something that sits outside in a 'trust me bro' fashion.
