    • ANNOUNCES AN ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN AN ESTABLISHED OIL BLOCK IN INDONESIA
    • ACQUISITION CONSIDERATION OF US$3.2 MILLION WILL BE FUNDED FROM EXISTING CASH RESOURCES OF COMPANY.
    • SIGNED A SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH PT HENGTAI WEIYE OIL AND GAS TO ACQUIRE 23% INTEREST IN PERLAK FIELD
