    July 13 (Reuters) - Range Resources Ltd (RRS)

    • Termination of american depository receipt programme-rrs.ax
    • Announces decision to close its ADR programme effective 17:00 (eastern time) on August 7, 2017.
    • Range resources says trading volumes of ADR'S have been insufficient to justify burden of maintaining listing with no increase in liquidity being provided to co
    • Owners of adrs will have until at least aug 10, 2018 to decide if they would like to surrender range adrs for delivery of underlying shares
    • Holders of company's ordinary shares remain unaffected by this development
