    Jan 27 (Reuters) - Range Resources Ltd (RRS) :

    • Yan Liu, has tendered his resignation as chief executive officer and trinidad

      general manager

    • In the meantime, liu's duties have been allocated amongst the senior

      management team"

    • Says board will consider a replacement for chief executive officer as

      appropriate
