How to interpret the RSG chart. Well what I am seeing is a struggle between the 50 SMA and the 20 EMA. I see horizontal support at $1.6 and the 0.5 Fibonacci sitting at about $1.54. This could prove to be a head and shoulders formation, however one must understand that if a head and shoulders formation does not break down, it can be an extremely bullish signal. As you can see in the bottom chart, RMS also displayed a head and shoulders pattern, however the price action didn't follow through past the 0.5 Fibonacci, and the price proceeded to EXPLODE from 0.63c to almost $1.5. This is a potential and is all IMO. Be careful.
