That rather large short position in RSG may have been government officials and their families (same thing in Ghana). They knew this was going to happen because they made it happen. Now that they made a fortune having shorted the stock, they can buy in, reverse their decision and make another fortune. So many opportunities for corrupt fortunes in Africa!
