I highly doubt its the government officials shorting the stock they would be lucky to have access to power let alone be bothered or interested in shorting a stock.I would be placing more interest in the announcements of regular changes in substantial holdings of companies associated with HSBC and Morgan Stanley. Something going on to attract the attention of these large international broking houses. RSG is a waste of time unless they were very confident in the direction of the company. I would be interested if there net position was long or short but I would be near certain they are short on RSG which would be a concern
