I believe the seller was Accorn Funds Management and the line was crossed midday Friday. Hopefully to another insto.
I would say they are all done. There will be no notices as they held under 5%.
They have been smashing this stock for weeks. Any decent news flow (as discussed end of March) and this stock could quickly be rerated into the 20's and higher. Great time to buy now the overhang is done.
Good luck to all holders - 2014 should be a great year for RUM as interest builds around there asset and the fundamentals for potash/phosphate change.
It will definitely be on the radar of plenty of predators looking to get a foothold in the space
