    Rutila Resources (ASX:RTA) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    Rutila requested the halt pending a proposed conditional change of control transaction.

    The halt will last until the earlier of the opening of trade on Wednesday 13th May 2015, or when an announcement is made to the market.
