EPS needs to be brought back to reflect the updated forecast from todays financial report.
I am getting a back of the envelope EPS of around 18-19c.
Yes on a PE of 15 that would equate $2.70 - $2.85
Still significantly below current market price.
Hence why I haven't gone into greater analysis of this stock.
If the price continues to decline then I will start to look more closely.
Also I believe that this coronavirus is going to impact more than people currently think.
Phase 1: will be the direct effect from the coronavirus
Phase 2: will be the redirection and diversification of supply chains, this will lead to increase costs. Reliance imports a heap of stuff out of china.
