Hi Noomxx. I am also keeping an eye on this for a first entry but with little growth expected in the new year I think it can go lower yet.
Another I am starting to take an interest (though still too early to buy) is James Hardie JHX for a medium term view which is also starting to come back quite a bit, and again has no franking.
I would be interested one your thoughts on James Hardie?
