High US dollar is making the numbers look bad on paper. Higher input cost. These and other logistic factors should settle down soon. Demand for discretionary will slow freeing up more boats for importing, lowering cost. I have already noticed freight cost are cheaper by over 50% YoY for my own import business. USD isn't gonna stay high forever, once other countries start raising interest rate or even US drops interest rate, things will even itself out. It's a boring plumbing business, how far is sales really gonna fall unless something seriously is bad going on with the core business.
