Looking at the 7% jump in the SP today, I suspect some fund manager has decided it likes the EZ-FLO acquisition and is building up their position. Debt funded while interest rates are low. No CR issuing extra stock to dilute EPS. Great move IMO. And given RWC's track record on successfully integrating previous companies, I'm fairly confident this acquisition will further increase the SP over time.
