Wow, "heavily oversubscribed" is almost an understatement! I've never come across such high overs before. The agent who called me last night about my RXL SPP intentions said that the instos and sophs who took up the placement offer, are also eligible to apply via the SPP, with record date of 26 May - as I understood him (and to my surprise).
So my expectation now, is that the SPP will be oversubscribed.
