The pro rata means that HP are getting enough shares to
maintain there current percentage holding, I would have thought
that was obvious,
As for who those instos are, is nobodies business unless their
holdings reach 5% declaration requirement, I would have thought
that was quite obvious as well. now what is your point ??? apart
from nit picking M0ngy.
What ever the money is used for, I'm sure it will be put to good use,
such as advancing the company towards production, does this answer suffice ???
