Haha, $300k wow. Pretty sure RXL is just gonna continue to drill and drill and drill, and then drill a bit more whilst IM and his board continue to get paid big bucks. Did you know he gets $250k+ base salary, and then add on all his bonuses and super and it's over $400k. So is he delivering returns to shareholders ? Is he worth $400k ?
His incentive objectives are too easy, they should be more structured around increasing the market cap of the company, in non-dilutive ways of course.
This company needs a shakeup !!!
