Their engineering ability and funds for the task are not in doubt.
Meanwhile, the outage increases pressure on S32's 40% JV partner Anglo American - no cashflow, capex obligations and a stated wish to sell out.
We don't know the extent of S32's insurances. All will be revealed eventually.
