A 100m claim doesn't give them enough leverage over IGO which is still over $5B Market Cap.
This will be in bad faith and never going to get IGO Board approval. In fact potentially distance themselves even if they had any interest in acquiring IGO.
Its funny how most of us already assumed the claim has merit! Let this play out and see what happens
