You would think they have better things to do rather than dredging things from this long ago that are unlikely to be successful. I have no doubt there are exSouth32 employees now at IGO that know of a Form 5 that wasn't properly completed, and annual report not properly filed (which would be included in this claim) which would create a Forest & Forest blowback on South 32.
Are there production and cash issues coming for South 32 they are trying to distract from or is is a disgruntled former IGO or Rio Tinto employee pushing their personal barrow?
