News: SAI Global CEO to retire

    SAI Global’s Limited (ASX:SAI) CEO Tony Scotton will retire at the end of the year.


     


    Mr Scotton spent six years in the role, and also served as COO.


     


    The board says it has been working on a succession plan for some time, and is in the advanced stages of identifying a suitable candidate.


     


    SAI also announced the retirements of two non-executive directors, taking effect at the October AGM.


     


    The board says Andrew Dutton is Chairman elect.


     


    SAI Global generated a net profit of $18.6 million in the first half of the current financial year.
