What will come next is pure speculation of my part...
Imagine the following elements:
- A CR has for effect to effectively set a share price until it is resolved (in SAS' case it is likely to hover around $0.028 - $0.032) - As a director you invest your own money into the CR with a share price set a $0.03 and options at $0.05 - During the 6-8 weeks it takes to resolve the CR with deliver a flurry of good news regarding the company (something more than MOUs and hopefully some other news regarding long term financial prospects)
Are currently unfolding events starting to look like this...?
