hunterr, where does it say that the company pays $0 until the batch is completed?

i believe the company has to pay a certain % of the batch build cost a few months before scheduled completion date and the balance remaining on completion.

this is why SAS are trying to negotiate terms of payment to rearrange so they don't have to pay anything upfront, as announced in their prospectus.
